RIKA is the Austrian name in our range, and the one we turn to when the question is pellets. A pellet stove asks less of you day to day : it feeds itself, it can run to a schedule, and it holds a temperature without anyone tending it.
That convenience comes with its own maintenance, which is where we come in. Pellet appliances need their ducts and exchangers cleaned on a rhythm of their own – different from a wood flue, and easy to neglect until the output drops.
