The right stove for the room, not the catalogue
Output, flue configuration, room volume, the way you actually heat : the right stove depends on your home, not on what happens to be in stock. We come, we look, we advise honestly – including when a smaller model is the better answer.
Installation, connection to the flue and commissioning are handled by the same team. You are there for the first fire, and you know how to run it before we leave.
01 More than a source of heat
A fireplace or stove today is far more than a source of heat. It combines heating performance, comfort and individual design. We plan and build your stove to suit both the space and your personal preferences.
Individual on-site consultation – we look at the spatial and structural conditions directly on site and develop a solution with you that works technically and suits your home.
02 Convenient control of air circulation
Modern stoves are fitted with automatic combustion controls that adjust the air supply to the prevailing conditions on their own as the fire burns. This supports the combustion process optimally, without the air supply having to be regulated manually during operation.
Automatic control provides a comfortable, controlled burn and supports efficient use of fuel. At the same time, it contributes to an even and pleasant heat output.
HWAM stoves in particular use the proven Autopilot™ technology for this purpose. It takes over the regulation of combustion air and makes operating the stove especially convenient.
An optional external fresh-air supply feeds the stove directly with the air needed for combustion, which is particularly suitable for insulated buildings.
03 Bespoke fireplace builds and inserts
We carry out individual fireplace projects in which not only the insert but the entire construction is tailored to the room.
This can include corner inserts or panoramic solutions with three glass sides, creating a particularly generous view of the fire.
We also install made-to-measure fireplace inserts, adapted individually to your existing hearth. This allows an open fireplace to be modernised and brought up to today’s standards without losing its distinctive character and cosy atmosphere.
04 Solid construction with heat-retaining stones
When building a new stove, the surround is constructed using special heat-retaining stones. These store the heat produced and then release it back into the room slowly and evenly over a longer period.
The advantage: the warmth remains even after the fire has gone out.
We combine high-quality materials, individual design and well-considered heat storage. The result is a stove that not only suits your home visually, but also performs efficiently and makes the best possible use of the heat it produces.

Usually yes. A double-wall external wall chimney runs up the outside of the building and is designed for exactly this – retrofitting a flue where none exists. It is a renovation job as much as a stove job, and we do both.
From the room, not the catalogue: its volume, how well the house holds heat, and whether the stove is your main heating or an evening fire. An oversized stove gets run slowly to stop the room becoming unbearable, and a stove run slowly tars its own flue. Which is why we sometimes recommend the smaller model.
Yes, with a made-to-measure insert fitted to the hearth you already have. It brings the fireplace up to today’s standards without losing the character of the original – which is generally why people wanted to keep it in the first place.
It feeds the stove directly with the air it burns, instead of drawing it from the room. In a well-insulated building that matters: the house is tight enough that a stove taking its air from indoors is competing with the ventilation. In an older, draughtier house it is usually optional.
Yes – and that is the point of the list of makes above. Sweeping, pellet stove maintenance and the annual flue check are all done by the same team that fitted the appliance.
